The White Orchid was established in 2008 by Kyla Helgeson, a business owner of 17 years and a floral designer with 20+ years of experience specialising in weddings + events.
Our team has a love + passion for flowers, we are so excited to create bespoke wedding flowers that are meaningful + memorable for your special day!
We aim to make ordering your wedding flowers easy + simple, with our range of complete wedding flower packages that will save you time + money.
Our Deluxe + Divine Wedding Flower Package includes our most popular floral items covering all your wedding needs, from consultation + preparation through to high quality execution, delivery + onsite installation of wedding party, ceremony + reception floral.

CONSULTATION + ADMINISTRATION
1 x 1-hour Floral Design Consultation, either via phone or in-person to discuss colour palette, floral style, seasonal flower availability + details
1 x Bespoke Style Guide with up to 10 portfolio + inspo images is included with your package order
1 x On-site Venue Visit
2 x Revisions or Updates to your order throughout your wedding planning process as needed
1 x 1-hour Final Run-through Consultation, 30 days prior to your wedding date
Includes flower selection + sourcing, liaising with growers, market collections, materials + sundries, week-of studio preparation by a team of experienced floral designers

Packages can be customized to suit all engaged couples, i.e. Bride + Groom, Bride + Bride or Groom + Groom.
Package pricing is inclusive of GST.

Packages can be ordered for any available dates in 2025/2026.
Packages include all vases + vessels for floral arrangements.
Plinth/pedestal hire not included in package and must be hired from a separate event company.
Packages are designed to use mixed seasonal local South Australian + Australian grown flowers and foliage. For example, if locally grown Peonies or Dahlias are in season (good quality and good value) at the time of your wedding they can be included. We will use our experience and knowledge of flowers and seasons to source you the best quality flowers and foliage to match your requirements using local South Australian + Australian growers. A few feature imported blooms such as Phalaenopsis Orchids or Ecuador roses can be included in your bridal bouquet or statement piece (ceremony feature arrangements).
Varieties of flowers are subject to seasonal availability.
Couples may choose their colour, floral style and two to three flowers as a guide but trust and creative freedom is given to the experienced floral designer. You are welcome to upload one inspiration image that we will use as a guide when creating your wedding flowers.
Package does not include re-delivery of ceremony floral to reception venue, this can be an additional service + cost from The White Orchid Floral Design or ask if your venue can provide that service.
Pack down or removal of flowers from venue is not included in packages. All flowers including all vases + vessels are for family and guests to take home and enjoy after the wedding.
There are no hired items from The White Orchid Floral Design in this package.
